Five Guys Burger and Fries

The first thing I notice when I walk through the double glass doors is the red and white tiles decorating the restaurant. I hear the clamor from the five guys working in the kitchen. I walk up to the counter to be met by a perky cashier wearing a bright red shirt and cap. Smiling, she asks for my order. I decide to order the typical burger and fries. I am given a number, and I walk to one of the tables. As I wait, I curiously look at a stack of cardboard boxes next to me filled with peanuts. I grab a metal shovel and dig out a couple of peanuts to munch during the wait. My growling stomach is quenched for the time being. After about ten minutes, my number is finally called. I jump up, and speed walk towards the counter. I receive a brown paper bag with my hamburger and fries; a warm salty aroma is emitted from the bag. I feel faint. I walk outside where there are a series of tables that litter the outside of the restaurant. I sit under the shade, with the wind blowing, loving the fall weather in Austin. I unwrap the foil covering my hamburger, and take a huge bite from it, getting lettuce all over my table, juice dripping down my fingers. Despite the fact that I am eating what is thought to be the reason why America is such an obese country, I can’t help but throw away any regrets and just enjoy my delicious burger.
